Do you access my ERP data?
Yes, read-only access only. ShadowOps never modifies your ERP or systems without explicit user approval. We read job, material, work center, and constraint data.
What if it doesn't work?
It will take 2–3 weeks to validate fit. If ShadowOps isn't delivering clear value by the end of Week 3, we part ways. No long-term commitment.
Can I try it without committing?
Yes—the pilot is your trial. If you're not seeing value by Week 3, there's no obligation to continue.
What happens after the pilot?
If you're happy (and we're confident it's working), we move to founder pricing and ongoing support. Monthly usage reviews and continuous improvement.
Do you support our specific ERP?
We integrate with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Delmia, and most standard ERPs via API or CSV. If your system is unusual, we'll discuss during the kickoff call.
How much data do you need?
As little as: work orders, materials, work centers, current inventory, lead times, schedules. We'll tell you exactly what's needed in Week 1.
